Celebrating their one year anniversary Simply Baked Bakery has been a great addition to our community. Specializing in custom cakes and cookies as well as specialty items, including gluten free, simply baked with as much local ingredients as possible. Gem County Chamber of Commerce is pleased to welcome this delightful bakery and ice cream shop, Simply Baked Bakery!
Jannette Stroud, owner of Simply Baked, has always loved to bake. Her passion began as she baked for her family. Delighted with her creations, she decided to take her baking to the next level and open her own retail bakery. Her goal is to provide Emmett with a full service bakery for years to come.
Jannette’s mission is to be a locally owned, locally grown, scratch bakery. Her motto is, “Life’s Uncertain, Eat Dessert First”. Setting her into a local category, she purchases as many of her ingredients from the local farms and providers as possible. Simply Baked is your hometown bakery and often asked to recreate childhood memories.
