Mountain Land Physical Therapy has been helping the residents of Emmett and Gem County for many years. They saw a need for physical therapy services in our community and have been serving us here ever since. They provide patient centered therapy that includes exercises, modalities to help healing, therapeutic ultrasound, electrical stimulation, manual therapy such as hands on therapy, soft tissue work, joint and tissue mobilization and manipulation, focusing on body mechanics and whole body movements. Tailored to each client/patient needs, there are no “cookie cutter” programs for each individual.

Bruce Murri, Clinic Director and Therapist, emphasizes their main goal at the clinic is to help the residents of Emmett and Gem County live healthy pain free lives. “We are professional and effective in our care. We continually attend courses to stay up to date on what is happening in the care of patients. The physical therapy you may have received 10 years ago is not the same therapy that is available today” says Murri.

Their mission states, “We restore, support, and promote active and healthy lifestyles.”
Mountain Land Physical Therapy would like you to think of them just like you would your family Doctor or Dentist, aiding in healing from any sprain, strain, or injury. Most insurances do not require a prescription from a doctor to come to therapy, although Mountain Land Physical Therapy works closely with local physicians and will provide free injury or pain assessments.

Mountain Land Physical Therapy is located at 912 S. Washington Ave. Hours of operation are Monday, Wednesday, Friday 8:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. Tuesday and Thursday 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. After hours appointments are available upon request.
