The Chamber of Commerce is excited to celebrate the opening of the new kitchen at Huck-n-Finns!
Jefferson Jenkins, the owner of Huck-n-Finns, opened his business because he saw it as a once-in-a-life-time niche opportunity, and he wanted the chance to give back to the community in which he was raised. Huck-n-Finns was launched in the Emmett community in the fall of 2008. They are going on their 8th year in business. Jefferson comes from a long line of Emmett-Valley entrepreneurs – including, but not limited to – Hetherington Electric (established pre-1920’s), Sander’s Orchards (established in the late 1940’s), and the Gem Lounge (established early 1940’s) – also in Downtown Emmett. Now, he is celebrating the addition of a kitchen to his full service bar.
The mission statement of Huck-n-Finns is to offer exceptional products to friends and guests at reasonable, hometown prices; and to exceed expectations by offering quality service and entertainment. Jefferson says his goal is “to continue to increase his business’s value in the community”.
Special offers at Huck-n-Finns include: pulled-pork nachos and pulled-pork sliders with southern slaw, buffalo chicken wings, fish-n-chips, black-bean chipotle burger, sriracha cod bites, kids menu and much-much more! *Nine (9) beers on tap and a full liquor bar, too!
