Patti Bowman has been in real estate for 38 years in Emmett and the surrounding area. She holds numerous certifications including: Associate Broker, GRI, CRS, e-Pro, and is involved with every other educational opportunity she can find. She loves real estate and she is excited to be your realtor. Lisa Bowman Zeiter (Patti’s daughter) is new to real estate as an agent but has been by her mother’s side for 38 years. She has two masters’ degrees: Masters in Business Administration (Eastern Oregon University) and a Masters in Library Science (Emporia State University), her undergraduate work was at Boise State University where she earned a BS in Social Science.
Lisa has spent the past 22 years working in libraries and seven of the 22 years was spent as the Library Director in Garden City. She is now ready to join the family business of real estate and what a great opportunity to have, and be able to learn from her mother. Lisa is a Senior Real Estate Specialist and is excited to use all her public service and research experience to help her clients achieve their goals.
