Dr. Clark R. Elkins has been practicing dentistry since 2005. After dental school, Dr. Elkins served in the Navy for 3 years as a dentist and was deployed multiple times during his time in the service on the U.S.S Ashland. After the Navy, Dr. Elkins relocated to Idaho to be close to his family. He has been practicing in Idaho since 2008.
Dr. Elkins loves dentistry and has loved Emmett ever since he was a kid visiting his grandmother here. Starting a business in Emmett felt like a great fit. Dr. Elkins purchased Elkins Dental in 2011. “Elkins Dental is here to provide quality dental care with a personable, confident, and caring staff,” says Dr. Elkins. “The beginning of the story has been written and now the future is what is left to be lived.”
Elkins Dental’s goal is to be the best dental office in town and to be the most helpful and influential to the community. They have done many services for the community including: sports sponsorships, food drives for the Friendship Coalition, and a day of free dental care partnering with nonprofit Dentistry from the Heart. The staff enjoys being a part of the Elkins Dental team. Just this year they have already given away a 55” LED T.V. and a new BBQ for the 4th of July.
Dr. Elkins and the staff at Elkins Dental welcomes all new and existing patients. Elkins Dental offers services such as cleanings, periodontal care, root canals, fillings, extractions, crowns, implants, dentures, partial and IV sedation.
The office is open Monday: 10 a.m. – 5 p.m., Tuesday: 10 a.m. – 7 p.m., Wednesday: 10 a.m. – 5 p.m., Thursday: 8 a.m. – 4 p.m., and Friday: 8 a.m. – 3 p.m. They encourage new patients to go in for a check-up. All new patients receive a complimentary exam and x-rays. This is also a great time to meet the staff and the wonderful Dr. Elkins. Elkins Dental now offers an In Office Savings Plan to help patients who do not have health insurance.
