LIVING ON THE LAND: Stewardship for Small Acerages

FarmingSign up for a 2009 'Living on the Land' class today.

Classes start in Emmett on January 12, continuing through May 18, 2009.

Classes will be taught by University of Idaho Faculty, Extension Educators, local industry experts and agency professionals.

Topics include: Ag Planning & Zoning, Goal Setting, Weed Management, Pesticide Use, Animal Ownership and so much more.

The 2008 Harvest Festival Street Fair was a great success....despite inclement weather!

Let's all get together to discuss the event and talk about ideas to make 2009 an even better event. You are all invited to attend, bring your comments and ideas. The Harvest Festival Street Fair is becoming yet another signature community event.
