Another Gem County Chamber of Commerce Membership Benefit: Bulk Mailing

Want to save some money?

Members are allowed to use our Bulk Mail permit.  There are several rules that need to be followed:

1.  Must have 200 or more going at one time and all need to be the same pieces.

2.  Must be sent by Zip Codes (combine all 83617, then all 836, then all others. Separate all by these zip codes.

3.  Separate ALL 836 zip codes and they get one rate (D1 on form)
      Separate all others and they get another rate (D2 on form)

4.  Must be either stamped or printed with permit number.

5.  We recount them after they are brought to us

6.  Fill out form with correct information

7.  Have Director sign and make a copy of form

8.  Director will print check with correct amount and then we take it to the post office (must be taken in by 4:00pm)

9.  The business pays us and we pay the post office. Some may ask to be billed and that’s ok.

10.  The forms can be found in the file cabinet under “Bulk Mail” there is a copy of the form filled out as a reference.
